This project includes the integration of two adjacent buildings into a single building, with a design that preserves the main access and optimises the functionality of the spaces.<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"eplus-wrapper wp-block-paragraph\">Key interventions include a new atrium that unifies the architectural ensemble and provides a bright, open space, a central rehearsal room with adaptive It is an initiative of the Alb\u00e9niz Foundation that pursues the dual aim of helping youth and culture. Since 2002 Cruz y Ortiz Arquitectos has had a permanent office in Amsterdam and since 2020 in Switzerland (Lugano). These offices are responsible for developing ongoing projects in Central Europe.
