Inspired by the architecture and materials of Japanese Zen culture, Shan (three in Japanese) is a luminaire with simple, pure lines. Its timeless design with three overlapping parchment lampshades, handmade by local craftsmen, creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere.<\/p>\n\n\n

Due to its large format, it is suitable as a large table lamp, in corner spaces between sofas or as a floor lamp.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Shan lamp stands out for its great visual comfort thanks to the choice of parchment as the material for the lampshades, as it filters the light and prevents glare. In its upper part it has a wooden cover that not only acts as an embellisher but also conceals the light source to generate greater visual comfort.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pepe Llaudet<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Pepe Llaudet (1980) is an industrial and interior designer from Barcelona. He studied at the Eina school in Barcelona. In 2004 he began his professional career as co-founder of an interior design firm. In 2008 he created his own design studio Pepe Llaudet Studio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

His projects are part of very diverse fields: lighting projects for publishers, furniture pieces, interior design projects and ephemeral installations. He combines his professional career with active participation in a fashion company (Arrels Barcelona), which in turn allows him to be in contact with fields that add richness to his constant training as a designer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Rational but at the same time intuitive and, above all, passionate about light and the emotions it is capable of transmitting, he uses the environment of a cosmopolitan city like Barcelona to find the path that leads him to the inspiration for his designs and works.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He collaborates with various interior design publishers and has also published numerous reports in magazines such as Mueble, la Vanguardia, Dise\u00f1o de Interiores, 20 casas, Habitania,… In 2014 he was selected for the Delta product design awards, with the firm Faro Barcelona.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
