Since 2008, she has developed a body of work that understands architectural photography not merely as documentation, but as a way of thinking — a tool for interpreting and assigning meaning to the built environment.

She studied Fine Arts at the Polytechnic University of Valencia, where she also completed a Master’s degree in Photography, Art and Technique. Apollonio has served as a guest lecturer in the Master in Artistic Production at the same university and has conducted workshops and lectures at various institutions, including the European University of Valencia and the School of Architecture at the Polytechnic University of Valencia.

Her career has taken her across Spain, Germany, Italy and Norway, collaborating with architecture studios and publishing her work in specialised magazines worldwide. Her distinctive approach is marked by a refined command of light and a meticulous attention to detail, textures and materials — all treated as narrative elements that evoke latent stories.

Among her artistic projects is El Círculo del Arte. Directores, a striking series of portraits in which museum directors appear as living sculptures, questioning traditional roles within the worlds of art and architecture.

Apollonio lives and works between Valencia and Berlin, and her practice continues to explore the intersection of architecture, photography and visual narrative. She is recognised today as one of the most influential architectural photographers in Spain and Europe.

[1327
post-33491","profesionales","type-profesionales","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","categorias-profesionales-photographers
["GET
