Patricia Arostegui is an interior designer and project manager specialising in the rehabilitation of Basque farmhouses and homes located in rural settings. Her work focuses on guiding complex processes of domestic transformation, where architecture, interior design and everyday life find a calm and lasting balance.<\/p>\n
Before dedicating herself to spatial design, Arostegui spent more than fifteen years developing her professional career in the international fashion and luxury industry, working between London and Amsterdam for companies such as Burberry. This experience provided her with a solid background in creativity, organisation and team management in demanding contexts \u2014 skills that she later brought into the field of architecture and building rehabilitation.<\/p>\n
Today she leads renovation and rehabilitation projects through a holistic approach that combines interior design, site coordination and close client guidance. Her practice is developed in close collaboration with Oreka Bioarkitektura, the architectural studio led by Ekaitz Uribe Rus, with whom she shares a common sensitivity towards bioconstruction and respect for the landscape. This collaboration allows projects to be approached from a coherent perspective, in which architecture and interior design evolve as parts of the same process.<\/p>\n
A significant part of her work is oriented towards individuals and families who decide to move from urban environments to rural settings, helping them redefine their way of living and their relationship with the territory. Within this context, Arostegui favours a close and highly personalised approach, working on a limited number of projects at a time in order to guarantee constant attention and care.<\/p>\n
Her methodology relies on small teams of professionals, transparent project management and rigorous economic control throughout the construction process.
