JAAS Julià Arquitectes Associats is a Barcelona-based architecture studio fully committed to developing architecture with social value at its core. Their projects prioritize the creation of comfortable, simple, and permeable spaces that encourage civic engagement and cultivate a strong sense of community.

The firm advocates for the reversibility of architecture, designing spaces that are adaptable, site-specific, and deeply aware of the history and context in which they are situated. For JAAS, each project is an opportunity to contribute to the sustainable development of cities.

Their approach focuses on reprogramming and transforming the built environment, implementing construction solutions rooted in tradition, yet updated to meet contemporary needs. By doing so, they strive to reduce energy consumption and prioritize the use of low-carbon materials, reinforcing their commitment to environmental responsibility and urban regeneration.

Through a careful balance of heritage, innovation, and community-driven design, JAAS creates architecture that is as functional and efficient as it is emotionally and socially resonant.
