1. The domain exagono.es is owned by Andrés Moratinos Salvador, NIF 13.284.474L with address at Camino de los Vinateros 57. 28030. Madrid.

2. The purpose of the exagono.es domain is to provide users with a description of the various services (hereinafter, the “Services”) made available by Exagono.
3. These general conditions regulate the access and use of the web site exagono.es (hereinafter “the Web”) that Exagono makes available to Internet users. Access to the Website implies full acceptance of these conditions.
4. All information provided by users through the forms must be truthful. To this effect, the user declares to be of legal age and guarantees the authenticity of all data provided as a result of filling in the forms. Similarly, it will be the responsibility of the users to keep all the information provided to Exágono permanently updated so that it corresponds, at all times, to the real situation of the users.

The intellectual property rights of the exagono.es website, as well as its source code, design, navigation structure, databases and the different elements contained therein are owned by Exagono, which holds the exclusive rights to exploit them in any way, especially through the rights of reproduction, distribution, public communication and transformation.
6. Viewing, printing and partial downloading of the content of the website is authorised only and exclusively if the following conditions are met:
- Compatibility with the purposes of the Website.

11. Exágono is also not responsible for any security errors that may occur, nor for any damage that may be caused to the user’s computer system (hardware and software), or to the files or documents stored therein, as a result of:

- A malfunction of the browser.
- The use of non-updated versions of the same.

Exágono assumes no liability whatsoever for the contents linked from the Web, provided that they are unrelated to the same, nor does it guarantee the absence of viruses or other elements in the same that may cause alterations in the computer system (hardware and software), in the user’s documents or files, excluding any liability for damages of any kind caused to the user for this reason.
In the event that any user, client or third party should consider that the content or services provided by the linked pages are illicit or harm the property or rights of the user, a client or third party liable for compensation, and, in particular, consist of:
- Activities or contents susceptible of being considered criminal according to Spanish criminal law.
- Activities or content that violate intellectual or industrial property rights.
- Activities or content that endanger public order, criminal investigation, public security and national defence.
- Activities or content that endanger the protection of public health, respect for human dignity and the principle of non-discrimination, and the protection of health and children.
- The user should send an e-mail to info@exagono.es so that the administrators can initiate the appropriate procedure to solve the relevant problems.
13. Exágono – Andrés Moratinos Salvador is the owner of the Industrial and Intellectual Property rights relating to its products and services. Regarding the mention of products and services of third parties, Exágono recognizes in favour of their owners the corresponding Industrial and Intellectual Property rights, not implying its mere mention or appearance on the Web the existence of any rights or responsibility of Exágono – Andrés Moratinos Salvador on them, nor endorsement, sponsorship, or recommendation by Exágono unless it is expressly stated.
14. The unauthorised use of the information contained on the Web, its resale, as well as the infringement of the Intellectual Property rights of Exágono, including the unauthorised use of Exágono‘s trademarks, will give rise to the legally established responsibilities.
15. Exágono and the user, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction, submit to the courts and tribunals of the user’s domicile for any dispute that may arise from access to or use of the Web.
