Canobardin

Founded in 2017 by Bárbara Bardin and Julio Cano, Canobardin has steadily built a reputation for crafting singular projects that respond to their context with both conceptual clarity and formal precision. Their works—spanning Spain, Portugal, and Switzerland—reveal a careful balance between functionality, design, and a long view of time’s passage. Their practice always begins with place: its light, its rhythms, its vegetation.

Among their most recent projects are the award-winning Casa de Campo in Zafra de Záncara, the redesign of Plaza de Levante, and the multifunctional pavilion at Plaza de Andalucía in Bilbao, as well as interior design for the Mon Parnasseflower shops. Of special note is their Costa del Sol Glamping Village—a project in which they explored new forms of architecture immersed in nature. This endeavor eventually led them to establish TipiTop Tents, a studio devoted to crafting luxury tented accommodations using natural materials.
