The very structure of the design has allowed the designers to achieve great versatility in the final models, thanks to the combination of different sizes and colours to be used according to the needs of the space and the preferred aesthetics of the users.

The design of the Keops luminaires plays with simple geometric elements of various sizes and colours, which facilitates their integration into a harmonious and at the same time versatile final form that does not forget the details, such as its upper grooves, which create a delicate play of light and shadow.

Versatility. The very structure of the design has allowed the designers to achieve great versatility in the final models, thanks to the combination of different sizes and colours to be used according to the needs of the space and the preferred aesthetics of the users. In this way, a minimalist solution can be chosen, or a striking and colourful piece.

Modularity. The combination of several Keops luminaires makes it possible to create solutions for spaces with a high demand for light, large dining tables or kitchen islands or corners with high decorative needs.

The Keops collection has great aesthetic possibilities for interior designers and decorators, providing different styles for different spaces.

Lagranja Design

Gerard Sanmartí and Gabriele Schiavon met at Fabrica, Benetton’s creative centre. In 2002, they founded Lagranja Design, a multidisciplinary design studio that combines creativity, production skills, business sense and visual marketing in effective design projects.

At Lagranja, design is an attitude. It is a question of ideas and strategies, never of trends. Every good design project starts with a great story. They take stories and ideas and turn them into unique spaces and bespoke objects. They analyse, study and co-create with the client, developing together affordable, feasible and transformative solutions. They focus first on the forest and then on the trees. They start by understanding the context and uniqueness of each project, and from there define its authenticity and narrative.

They transform smart business ideas into tangible and memorable design experiences. They understand that design is a 360° process. They support their clients in their new ventures and help them navigate rapidly changing scenarios. They have experience in many different fields which allows them to learn from each other.

Gerard Sanmartí was born in Barcelona in 1974. In 1996 he graduated in design at the Elisava school and obtained a Bachelor of Arts with Honours in Southampton after studying for a year at the University of Industrial Arts in Helsinki. Since 2000 he has been a lecturer at Elisava, has held workshops at various European design schools (IUAV Venezia, Utrecht School of Arts) and since 2002 he has been coordinator and teacher of the Master’s degree in Corporate Design at the Instituto Europeo di Design in Barcelona.

Gabriele Schiavon. Born in Padua in 1973. As a child he wanted to be a painter and musician, but something went wrong and he ended up studying architecture in Venice (1992-1997). At Fabrica, where he entered in 1998 on a scholarship and where he later held the positions of tutor and project manager, he heard the word design for the first time.
