The landscaper Fran Cisneros, a great lover of nature, which is at the center of his life and projects, offers us this space to explore our connection with nature through pure materials and their link to the origin.
It is a sensory journey in which nature transforms the space into an ethereal landscape that shifts between the real and the dreamlike. Floating stones from which vegetation emerges, set against an immaculate water that reigns at the center of the space, beneath a undulating clay sky, immerse us in a highly expressive telluric atmosphere that invites contemplation and reflection.
This installation by Fran Cisneros at Casa Decor transcends decoration to become an immersive experience, offering a contemporary perspective on the integration of art and nature within an interior space—an invitation to get lost in the beauty of returning to what is essential.

Fran Cisneros
Throughout his eighteen years as a professional, he has developed and enjoyed numerous projects. All of them share a common denominator: Nature as a source of inspiration. In this sense, the experiences of his childhood have had the most profound impact on him. The long periods he spent in boarding schools contrasted with the much-anticipated vacations in Chilluévar (Jaén), the place of his birth. Surrounded by his people, friends, fields, olive groves, and pine forests, immersed in the landscape, his perspective began to shape itself with contrasts and nature, with the ability to find beauty in hardships and in the most unexpected places.
His current work is the result of specialized academic learning in both undergraduate and graduate degrees in Environmental Sciences and Landscape Architecture, the experience gained from various gardening jobs for different companies, and, above all, from listening to and observing the relationship between humans and nature in several countries. From Bolivia, where he spent several months studying the Yacaré caiman, to Beijing, where he traveled as an envoy from the Junta de Extremadura to lead a reforestation project for the Gobi Desert, along with some reforestation work he did for the Tagus River Basin Authority in Cáceres.
This background, seemingly more technical and distant from its more artistic side, nevertheless revealed to him the importance of management in human interests as a fundamental element for creating a coherent and effective conservation of nature. These technical foundations, along with his own personal experiences, underpin his creative philosophy and shape his entire professional journey, which spans from the comprehensive design of public and private gardens to event design in various spaces, always drawing inspiration from art and nature, and treating space as a creative material.
