Roche Bobois unveils its autumn novelties with designers Delcourt, Norguet and Quitllet

In line with the Roche Bobois DNA, each of these collections has a unique personality, enriched by the talent, boldness and material expertise of the designers behind them. All are produced in Europe with a commitment to responsible materials and environmental awareness.

Palatine collection by Christophe Delcourt

With the Palatine collection, Christophe Delcourt proposes a new vision that, as always in his work, combines sophistication with the warmth of noble materials. Comprising a table, sideboard and a seating programme, Palatine is a tribute to the Italy that inspires him—its history and art de vivre, its classical and contemporary architecture, and the details that make light dance on a column, a window, a cornice or the façade of a building.

With this spirit in mind, Delcourt explores the interplay between two materials that are deeply rooted in the Roche Bobois identity: wood and stone. In this case, solid walnut and unfilled travertine—one bringing warm natural grain, the other the beauty of imperfection. Both materials are locally sourced, as the workshop is based in Urbino, in the heart of Italy.

The table is designed with architectural intent: the top rests on two Roman travertine columns, gently embraced by handcrafted solid walnut crosspieces, delicately curved.

The sideboard follows the same approach: its walnut-veneered volume is supported by two travertine structures around which the four doors pivot. The top is also finished in rounded travertine, mirrored in the walnut base.

Christophe Delcourt

Born in Paris in 1966, Christophe Delcourt is a French designer who began creating furniture and lighting as a self-taught talent. In 1995, he founded Delcourt Collection and, three years later, opened his gallery in the Marais district. His entry into the French and later international design scene was marked by a strong emphasis on artisanal authenticity and high-quality manufacturing. Passionate about craftsmanship, Delcourt creates refined, ergonomic and precise pieces that highlight the material itself through expert techniques. Alongside his own brand, he collaborates with companies such as Baxter, CC-Tapis, Collection Particulière, HC28 Cosmo, Minotti, Roche Bobois and Wall&Decò.

Pulp collection by Eugeni Quitllet

First introduced in 2021, the Pulp collection by Eugeni Quitllet redefines luxury with a new sculptural table entirely carved from matte Carrara marble. Its organic, fluid shape makes it an instant focal point in any dining space. The collection also includes the Qiss chairs, also designed by Quitllet, combining modern aesthetics with exceptional comfort. With Pulp, marble becomes a true work of art—a material elevated through Quitllet’s innovative approach to design.

Eugeni Quitllet

Catalan designer Eugeni Quitllet (b. 1972) uses industrial design and creativity to shape new realities and a forward-looking vision of the future. His work synthesises form and function with striking elegance and sinuous lines, giving rise to best-selling pieces. For Quitllet, the future is an optimistic state of imagination. Elanta collection by Patrick Norguet

Designer Patrick Norguet, renowned for his focus on functionality and refined aesthetics, is behind the Elanta collection—a timeless ensemble featuring subtle contemporary woodworking details. The collection includes a buffet, table and chairs that combine clean lines with noble materials. Elanta embodies a contemporary minimalism that perfectly suits interiors seeking balance between simplicity and sophistication. With his pragmatic yet elegant design ethos, Norguet lends each piece a distinctive touch, making it a staple of modern dining spaces.

The tabletop is defined by rounded edges where wood and ceramic meet in a graceful union, while the base showcases delicate joinery details.

Patrick Norguet

Patrick Norguet epitomises the modern designer: central to an innovative and collaborative design process and a key figure in every project he undertakes. His acute observational skills, analytical mindset and respect for context and tradition have earned him lasting relationships with manufacturers and clients alike.

After completing his design studies at ESDI, he was commissioned to create window displays for Yves Saint Laurent and Louis Vuitton—experiences that taught him how to interpret and communicate brand identity. He soon expanded his design language and embraced technological innovation in furniture production. In 2000, his Rainbow Chair for Giulio Cappellini earned international acclaim and marked the launch of his Paris-based studio.

Italian manufacturers quickly recognised his precision and dedication. His deep understanding of industrial processes allows him to refine production methods without compromising craftsmanship. Collaborations with companies such as Bernhardt, Artifort, Offect, Capdell, Alki and Tolix soon followed, confirming his reputation at international fairs. Today, brands like Alias, Arflex, Artemide, Cassina, Emu, Ethimo, Glass Italia, Kristalia, Lea Ceramica, Pedrali, de Padova, Roche Bobois and Tacchini continue to endorse his visionary talent and long-term approach to design.
