The Nuance rug collection, created by the renowned designer Stefan Scholten for Nanimarquina, transforms the aesthetics of the kilim into a contemporary expression, through a meticulous chromatic exercise that plays with nuances, uniformity and similarity.

This collection presents a visual proposal in which a pattern of parallel and crossed lines appears and disappears within the same colour scale. The result is a carpet of a single tone, but with a depth and texture that evokes a contemporary tartan. Through the subtle interplay between colours and fibre structure, the collection achieves a dynamic graphic effect that changes according to light and perspective.

The technique used is the kilim, made from Afghan wool, the result of careful experimentation with chromatic perception, offering a timeless elegance that adapts to any space. With this collection, Studio Stefan Scholten reaffirms its ability to fuse art and design in a proposal that redefines the concept of the contemporary rug.

Nuance is available in different sizes and three colours: lime, denim and coral.
