He began working as a photographer in 2004, but it was in 2012, while living in Mexico, that he received his first commission for an architectural report. The experience thrilled him, and from that moment on, after returning to Bilbao, architecture and interior design became his professional vocation. With more than a decade of experience documenting architectural and interior design projects, he has collaborated with some of the most prominent studios in Spain, including Suma Arquitectura, Ortega Diago, Hoz Fontán Arquitectos, Babel Studio, De la Villa Studio, Bat Architecture, Tabula Studio, Iñigo Iriarte, Arquimaña, and Estudio Crearte, among many others.

His work has been featured in leading national publications such as Manera, AD España, Arquitectura y Diseño, and Neo2, as well as international media including Design Anthology, Label, On Office, and Raum und Wohnen. His reports have also been highlighted on major online platforms dedicated to architecture and design, both in Spain and abroad, solidifying his career as one of the most respected photographers in the field of the built environment.
“Light is always my starting point, it’s the essential tool with which I construct every image. But it’s the experience of having inhabited and understood the space that truly allows me to interpret it in my own way,” he explains. His approach is rooted in distillation and reduction, in suggesting rather than showing, capturing the essence of a place through minimal fragments. A visual sensitivity that is immediately perceived in his work and defines a distinctive, recognisable, and deeply personal style.
